CENTRAL TAS
COMMERCIAL OFFICE FITOUT
This project involved the fitout of new office premises for the organisation’s 140 Wellington based staff along with a new premium meeting venue to accommodate for in excess of 180 people.
The works were integrated with the main buildings structural and basebuild upgrades, transforming the level 1 internal space into a functional and light filled area for staff providing meeting rooms and supportive environments such as quiet rooms and breakout/café space. The ground floor was divided into seven different meeting spaces with capacity ranging from eight to 85 people.
There was a high level of acoustic treatment and air conditioning required within the spaces along with catering facilities and the integration of audio visual and conferencing services to accommodate their client’s needs.
RivCon worked closely with Central TAS from preparation of initial feasibility budgets to assist with lease negotiations through to competitive tendered pricing of finalised designs and subsequent amendments. Due to the funding requirements of this organisation the financial reporting was kept current with every change and forecasted claim values were provided to assist in cashflow planning.
