David brings to RivCon Services more than 30 years’ experience in quantity surveying, construction and construction project management. He has worked on a huge range of projects, from high-rise developments to complex medical facilities and upmarket residential builds.

David’s rare blend of skills enables him to manage not only our building refurbishment and earthquake strengthening projects, but also the costs – preparing budgets, organising tenders, negotiating prices and monitoring spend.

David is highly respected for the quality of his work and his commitment to value and service excellence.

Shaun Hadfield
Director - BCon (QS) MNZIQS

Shaun has extensive knowledge of the interior fitout sector with the majority of the past 8 years spent specialising in interior office fitout within the Wellington region. During this time, he has established a vast network of contacts and reputable sub-contractors that ensure projects are completed to the highest of standard with costs and value for money always at the forefront.

Shaun is extremely customer focused, and has developed strong relationships with all of our clients built on a commitment to quality and delivery of our projects.

Shaun holds a Bachelor of Construction with a major in Quantity Surveying and is a member of the NZ Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
