COMMERCIAL OFFICE FITOUT
RivCon were engaged to deliver a highly detailed office space for Hobson Wealth as they relocated to level 12 of the new Wellington waterfront building, Deloitte House.
The project was complex in nature and required a high level of coordination with the project team to ensure the design was delivered to the client’s corporate expectations.
Works included the construction of new meeting and collaborative spaces, open-plan workspace, kitchen and breakout area. Spaces were divided via large bespoke glazed sliding doors to allow for flexible and functional use of the spaces whilst retaining openness and natural light throughout the tenancy along with seamless integration with the fully glazed façade of the building.
Several unique feature wall, ceiling and flooring systems were also adopted to provide a modern, clean and functional workspace for the client.
Every aspect of this project was completed to a very high standard.
