Following completion of the redevelopment of 69 Tory Street, RivCon were engaged to complete the fitout of a new office space for NZ Oil & Gas.
Works included the construction of a new secure reception and waiting area, meeting and collaborative spaces and open-plan workspace, kitchen and breakout area.
Feature floor and wall treatments were adopted throughout the tenancy including timber wall panelling and a suspended living wall to portray their sustainable values. Feature wall art was commissioned in the breakout space.
