OBJECTIVE CORPORATION
COMMERCIAL OFFICE FITOUT
This project involved the fitout of new office premises for Objective Corporation on level 12 of Deloitte House.
Fitout works were completed alongside the landlord’s base build works requiring close co-ordination of trades and integration of programming and general works sequencing to ensure the occupation deadline was achieved.
The fitout involved the creation of multiple meeting rooms and quiet rooms along with a kitchen and breakout space and open plan office area. Numerous feature elements were introduced including timber wall panelling to the main entrance, acoustic wall treatment and feature floor coverings in the meeting rooms, a bespoke timber ‘fin’ wall separating the breakout and workstation spaces and suspended acoustic fins to the breakout area. Spaces were linked by full height glazing and large bespoke glazed sliding doors resulting in an open layout maximising on the views over Wellington harbour.
The final outcome was a stunning fitout with dynamic work spaces.
