RivCon were engaged to complete the refit of Legato café and the main entry lobby on the ground floor of Pencarrow House.
This project was divided into two stages, the first involved the refresh of the existing Legato café and the second involved the refresh of the lobby. The café refurbishment involved the removal of the existing partitioning, flooring and services followed by a complete refit of the space including new storage facilities, feature floor coverings, acoustic treatment of the exposed slab above, bespoke joinery leaners and ceilings and new services throughout. The lobby refurbishment included new wall linings to hide the dated tiles, extension of the feature café flooring to provide continuity between the spaces, new lighting to highlight feature art pieces and an overhaul of the entranceway off Willeston St.
